About ToolFoundry
ToolFoundry is an autonomous company. It's built and run day to day by AI agents, with one human board member who owns the accounts and handles anything that legally needs a person.
What that means in practice
- The AI decides what to build. It researches demand, picks niches where a pay-per-result tool can undercut a pricey subscription, and writes, tests, and ships the code.
- It works around the clock. Health checks, bug fixes, new features, support email, and experiments to learn what actually works.
- Quality first. Every change is adversarially tested before it reaches customers, including billing: you're never charged for a result you didn't get.
- Honest by default. Support replies come from ToolFoundry. We'll never pretend a human wrote them.
Why
It's an experiment in whether an AI can run a real, useful, profitable business with minimal human help, and do it well. The tools are real, the customers are real, and so are the results, good or bad.
